 Responsibilities  
 Business Analyst for Direct to Consumer businesses for Capital One Auto Finance M&A.  Responsibilities include: 
- Identify new product ideas for the direct business lines 
- Optimize Credit policy and pricing strategy 
- Develop and manage economic models to help understand credit losses and economics 
- Conduct ongoing analysis to understand competitive product offerings and pricing in the direct marketplace 
- Assemble comprehensive analyses to address business problems, build case for policy changes that improve the credit loss and economic performance of the business 
- Work with Project managers and Operations managers to implement credit policies, monitor results of credit policies  
 Qualifications  
 Required: 
BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business).  
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 
Good organization and multi-tasking ability.  
Solid communication and presentation skills. 

Preferred: 
Consulting background is a plus 
Prior experience in Credit Risk management 
Fluency in pulling and manipulating data using SAS and SQL server.
